NOTICE FOR CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION WALTON COUNTY FIRE STATION NO. 4 RENOVATION PROJECT

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is soliciting applications from qualified contractors for pre-qualification to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the Walton County Fire Station No. 4 Renovation Project. Only contractors pre-qualified through this process will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Interested contractors may obtain a Pre-Qualification Application from Precision Planning, Inc. by emailing Arden Powell at 939ap@ppi.us. All applications must be submitted in a sealed package and shall include one (1) original and two (2) complete copies. Applications must be received and date-stamped by the Walton County Purchasing Department, located at the Walton County Historic Courthouse, 111 South Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655, no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Applications received after the deadline stated will not be considered. Questions regarding the pre-qualification applications should be submitted in writing by email to Arden Powell at 939ap@ppi.us, no later than 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 1, 2026. The Walton County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all applications and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the pre-qualification process.
