(1) Vendor needs to provide fence installation service to the government authority located in Hollywood, FL. • Supply and install six feet by four feet (6’ x 4’) fencing as described below:– Dimensions: six feet by four feet (6’ x 4’) tall.– Material: Wood Board on Board– Color: Brown• Install qty. two (2), six feet high by five feet wide (6’h x 5’w) gate returns.• Install qty two (2) six feet high by six feet wide (6’h x 6’w) gate returns.• Remove existing chain–link fence on eastside of property.• Install fence line, gate, corner, and terminal posts, concrete incased two feet (2’) deep and twenty four inches (24”) below existing grade.• Schedule locates with all utilities prior to digging for project address(es).• Provide and install all associated hardware for complete gate assemblies and operation per industry standards.• Clean up jobsite daily.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
