(1) Vendor needs to provide toy drive services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Plan, coordinate, and manage the annual holiday toy distribution program.– Plan, procure, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive holiday toy distribution program that provides toys to children and families residing in former authority’s developments and other low–income housing communities.– Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan and timeline for the holiday toy distribution program. Identify staffing needs, volunteer roles, site assignments, and logistical requirements.– Coordinate all program logistics, including toy collection, procurement, secure storage, inventory management, transportation, and distribution scheduling.– Collect, verify, and maintain accurate participant data, including age ranges and estimated toyneeds for each site, to support equitable toy allocation.– Coordinate toy packaging, transportation, staging, and delivery to ensure toys are distributed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 4, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
