(1) Vendor needs to provide instalment and pre–collect payment plans solutions.– Currently PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (My Madison) accommodates web access to registration, financial aid, and student accounting data.– Student Account Credit Card and ACH Payment Portal: A web portal through which students view bills and make payments via credit/debit card or ACH.  – Student Billing and Current Account Activity Portal:  A web portal through which students view account balance in “real–time” and stored PDF billing statements.– Allow payment plan balances to be controlled automatically by integration with PeopleSoft Student Administration and Oracle Student Management Cloud.– Send email notifications for upcoming plans, future plans, upcoming payment, missed payment, and plan termination.  – Track all account activity (e.g. logins, account reviews, plan enrolments, payment activity, system–generated emails, etc) in a chronological log that is available.– Provide a customized pre–collection payment plan for students who are currently enrolled, have a delinquent balance, and are on a registration hold.– Transmit and process a daily file containing student name, ID #, email address, and balance due.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
