Vendor needs to provide curbside food waste collection pilot services to the government authority located in Delaware. • Provide a subscription–based residential curbside food waste collection service pilot program to demonstrate market availability.• Identifying and targeting communities to recruit participants, developing an outreach plan, registering customers and collecting and transporting food waste to a permitted or licensed facility able to accept residential compostable food waste• Operate the program, respond to customer concerns, provide ongoing education, and increase the number of subscribers.
