CASE-1818 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Case Management Services - Deadline January 6,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide case management services to the government authority located in Madison, WI. – Provide case management services for the permanency, safety, and well–being of each child receiving child welfare case management services in county.– Case management services contract, as well as other contracted providers serving children and families in need of child welfare services.– Develops statewide policy for child welfare services, adoption, and family service programs, sets standards through administrative rule making and policy for the array of child welfare–related programs, oversees implementation of child welfare services.– Provided to children at imminent risk of removal from their home. – Responsible for informing prospective individuals interested in becoming a level 1 or 2 out–of–home care placement provider (i.e. foster and adoptive resource).– Services include financial management, information technology, performance management, facilities management, operations support, and public records.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
