EXTRA-73927 - USA (Hillsboro, Oregon) - Delinquency First-Time Offender Diversion Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide delinquency first–time offender diversion service to the government authority located in Hillsboro, OR. • Agency seeks to partner with a community–based provider who will contract with the department to serve youth referred for first–time delinquency. • Provider will guide youth in taking responsibility for their actions, support victims of delinquent acts to be restored, and help youth engage, and help youth engage in positive activities and programs that build skills, strengthen connections, and promote long–term well–being• A screening/assessment will be conducted to determine if youth's involvement in the program is appropriate.• Program staff will support youth to follow through with the agreement within an approximate 3–month timeframe.• Youth will be connected with opportunities to earn restitution to repay the victim, to perform community service to repay the community, and to engage in prosocial activities to decrease the impact of their risk factors and increase their resilience.• Program staff will work with local law enforcement and schools as appropriate to support youth accountability, skill–development and risk reduction(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on Aug 11, 2026
