(1) Vendor needs to provide gym project renovation service to the government authority located in Portland, TN. – Gym renovation consists of the selective demolition and interior renovation of a portion of the existing gymnasium facility.– Work includes the complete demolition of the designated interior area and the construction of new spaces consisting of a men's restroom, women's restroom, storage room, and a multipurpose event and conference room.– Construction of new men's and women's restrooms, including plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, partitions, and finishes.– Installation of new interior finishes, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and painting.(2) Pre–proposal meeting has been held on August 27, 2026.
