(1) Vendor needs to provide printing, mailing and materials supplies to the government authority located in Hemet, CA. – Provide all labor, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, data processing, printing, postage and mailing services necessary to produce and distribute the City’s utility bills and related notices.– Printing and mailing services:– Provide utility bill printing, processing, materials, and mailing services on a weekly basis or as needed.– Account manager:– Contractor shall designate an account manager who will serve as the City's primary point of contact and coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, and communicate with City staff regarding production and mailing schedules.– Utility billing files:– Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality and security of all City data and information received, accessed, processed, or stored in connection with the services, including utility customer names, mailing addresses, account numbers, and billing information.– Utility bill/notice – black and white, standard one–page document, #10 double window outgoing envelope – qty: 72000.– Return Envelope – #9 standard single–window, including envelope and printing – qty: 72000.– Postage charge: qty: 72000.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
