(1) Vendor needs to provide HubSpot design, implementation, and support platform.– Platform is used by several Port organizations for a variety of processes including External Relations and Aviation Commercial Management– Design documentation that may include the data model and flow between HubSpot features.– Design and configure HubSpot custom features, forms, and integrations based on requirements solicited.– Build and test new functionality.– Configure, test, implement, train and/or consult on automated workflows, deals, reports, and other ecommerce specific features– Train users in the platform and creating training documentation(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
