Description

Murfreesboro City Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, installation, startup, testing, and commissioning of one indoor walk-in freezer system with two redundant remote refrigeration systems and aluminum dunnage racks. The award will be made on an aggregate basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the Total Base Bid. Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on October 20, 2026. Public Bid Opening: Bids will be opened publicly via Zoom on October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Bidders and members of the public may join the bid opening using the following link: https://cityschools.zoom.us/j/85686614195?pwd=d0Pnx7WVqVTOYVU3kbOoUGbwf3bWLa.1 Attendance is not required.
