(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service to the government authority located in Greenville, SC. – Provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the city’s approximately 1000 employees and their dependents living in the area.– Help employees resolve personal issues to promote a healthy and productive work environment.– Retain valued employees.– Reduce problems in the workforce.– Emergency services, a trained clinician shall be available 24/7 telephonically to make a referral to the appropriate place of assessment and treatment.– Utilize in identifying and obtaining assistance with personal difficulties that may adversely impact their work performance and health and wellbeing.– Provide needed assistance, which includes substance abuse (alcohol and drug), anger management, grief counseling, domestic violence, emotional and mental instability.– Counseling services must include face–to–face sessions and may include telephone counseling.– Provide and staff a 24–hour per day/7 day per week toll–free customer service assistance number.– Provide alcohol and substance abuse assessment and referrals for services as needed.– Provide a one–time per incident crisis intervention at the worksite(s) for traumatic events that affect the psychological and emotional wellbeing of the city’s employees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
