MEDI-7816 - USA (Raton, New Mexico) - Hospitalist Service - Deadline July 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hospitalist service to the government authority located in Raton, NM. – Provide hospitalist services on site for critical access hospital in rural area.– Provide or arrange for all in–hospital acute patient management at the Agency.– Require in–hospital services at the Agency. – Ensure continuous twenty–four–hour coverage, seven days per week which may include two full–time equivalent (FTE) Hospitalist.– Provide 24 hr x 7–day x week coverage for emergent admissions, patient management leadership, and clinical inquiries.– Provide daily operational management through hospitalist–led multidisciplinary rounds.– Manage patient hospital admissions, regardless of the status level of care.– Provide Swing Bed consultations and follow–up care, to include admission orders, weekly certification of skilled needs, multidisciplinary leadership.– Provide real–time electronic documentation.– Provide integrated care coordination and efficient care with appropriate utilization of resources for all patients within the care of the hospital and for high–risk, high–cost patients in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.– Develop and provide specialist consultation protocols to optimize utilization as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
