(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based campus virtual tour platform. • Virtual tour platform that enables prospective students, families, adult learners, secondary teachers and counselors, and community members, regardless of geographic location or schedule limitations, to explore campuses, programs, facilities, services, and student life in an engaging, accessible, interactive, and visually exciting way.• Platform must be customizable and easy to maintain with limited staff resources, and be user–friendly for both the end user and staff tasked with making updates.• Automatic audio translation for multilingual users and an AI writing assistant to generate accessible, program–specific copy are preferred as part of the base platform.• Solution must be a cloud–based product that does not require on–premise servers or physical IT infrastructure• Must meet federal accessibility requirements to be WGAG 2.1 AA compliant• Solution offered will allow the University to retain full ownership of content, media, and collected data created for the virtual tour.• Use of AI tools for things like real time translation, AI generated host characters, etc.• Solution offer 24/7 global accessibility, enabling prospective students to explore seamlessly from any location or time zone.• Content management interface designed to allow quick edits to text, images, and video(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
