DRA-11225 - USA (Alexandria, Virginia) - Commercial Business Intelligence Data Feed Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial business intelligence data feed services to the government authority located in Alexandria, VA.– The Contractor shall provide recurring commercial business intelligence data services based upon entities identified by the Government.• matching Government–provided entities to records contained within the Contractor's commercial database.• performing commercially accepted entity–resolution procedures;• extracting required business and investment data elements;• delivering standardized electronic data files;• maintaining commercially reasonable data quality and consistency; and• providing periodic reports summarizing entity matching activities– The Contractor shall:– Utilize commercially accepted entity–resolution methodologies to maximize matching accuracy.– Assign and report the Contractor's unique identifier for matched entities.– Represent monetary values in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.– Deliver complete and accurate electronic files in accordance with the required data schema.– Notify the Government of any issues affecting scheduled deliveries.– Maintain commercially reasonable procedures to promote data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
