(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement financial advisory services to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ.• A review and assessment of the employees’ and their family’s current financial status• An understanding of the employee retirement and/or budgetary goals and objectives• A review of any current financial health/medical concerns or those that might develop later• Review of current and anticipated employee /family retirement income sources• Assessment of an employee's overall investment risk tolerance• Understanding the value of life insurance and the need for a will/trust• Development of retirement savings and income strategies• Education regarding beneficiary and survivor considerations (Legacy Planning)• Education regarding the coordination of agency pension benefits and continued employment during phased retirement, including considerations employees should evaluate before selecting a retirement date or beginning pension distributions– Services shall include:• Explanation of agency pension eligibility requirements and retirement provisions• Review and explanation of agency pension benefit estimates provided by agency• Education regarding agency pension service credit and retirement eligibility• Explanation of available agency pension retirement benefit options• Education regarding agency pension survivor and beneficiary options• Discussion of the potential financial impact of different retirement dates on an employee's agency pension.• Assistance in understanding how an employee's agency pension may coordinate with other sources of retirement income• Education regarding factors that may affect an employee's agency pension benefit(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
