(1) Vendor needs to provide uniforms, performance apparel, and associated products and services to the government authority located in West Ada, ID.• Athletic team uniforms (football, basketball, baseball/softball, volleyball, soccer, wrestling, track & field, cross country, golf, and other sponsored sports)• School uniforms (polos, oxford/button–down shirts, sweaters/cardigans, outerwear, pants, shorts, skirts/skorts, and jumpers, sized across boys regular/slim/husky, girls regular/half/juniors, and men's/unisex fits)• Cheerleading uniforms and spirit wear (competition, game–day, practice, and warm–up)• Marching band uniforms and accessories (coats, bibbers, headwear, gauntlets, footwear, and related storage)• Color guard/winter guard uniforms and equipment (uniforms, flags, rifles, sabres, gloves)• Dance/drill team uniforms and costumes• Choir and vocal ensemble performance apparel (robes, dresses, vests, stoles)• Spirit accessories and performance props (pom–poms, hair bows, megaphones, batons, banners, fan wear)• Equipment bags and carriers, including golf bags• Alterations, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, and other customization services• Delivery, on–site sizing/fitting events, and inventory/roster management• Trade–in or buy–back of existing District inventory (if offered)(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for three years.
