(1) Vendor needs to provide film–forming foam removal and disposal services to the government authority located in Santa Monica, CA.– Remove all fire apparatus and properly dispose of the foam.– System flush and cleaning.– Empty rinsate from the system and reconfigure it for the fluorine–free foam.– After cleaning, add customer–provided Fluorine–Free Foam (F3) into the Class B foam tanks.– Spill prevention and containment.– Provide mobilization and demobilization of all required equipment.– Maintain secondary containment during removal and disposal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
