DRA-11165 - USA (Herndon, Virginia) - Residential and Business Survey Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential and business survey service to the government authority located in Herndon, VA.– To design, administer, and analyze a survey of a representative sample of the town’s diverse residential community.– General outline of scope of work should include the following, for each survey:1. Initial meeting with town staff, in person or virtual2. Development of survey instrument, methodologies, and results3. Development of survey instrument and sampling methodology4. Survey administration5. Delivery of comprehensive survey report, to include trend analysis incorporating data from past surveys6. Presentation of comprehensive survey report to agency at a council work session, in person– The survey shall be designed not only to assess business satisfaction with Town services, but also to evaluate the overall business climate, identify opportunities for business retention and expansion, measure awareness and utilization of Town programs and services, assess workforce and infrastructure needs, understand perceptions of the Town's business environment, and identify priorities that will support future economic development policy, strategic planning, and resource allocation.– The survey should provide valid data that allows the Town to identify trends, compare responses across business sectors and geographic areas where appropriate.– The successful offeror shall execute a plan to collect responses, administer the survey, and prepare results for analysis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026
