DRA-11379 - USA (Texas) - Professional Land Surveying Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land surveying services to the government authority located in TX. – Land surveying services to support design, repairs and construction of various ditches, bayous, waterways, storm water detention basins, and other drainage infrastructure, as well as assist in maintaining the agency–wide benchmark infrastructure and reference mark system, and services to support property and right–of–way acquisitions, encroachment removal, other in–house construction projects and improvement of public property within and adjacent to right–of–way.– Conduct a comprehensive topographic and boundary survey to establish the existing conditions of the project site, including property boundaries, rights–of–way, and utility locations.– Perform deed research to determine existing rights–of–way and tie property corners and block corners to define the right–of–way throughout the project route.– Locate sufficient evidence to establish the boundary of rights–of–way and individual properties, and prepare individual landowner sketches showing the existing right–of–way and improvements that are encroaching and the measurements of the encroachments in relation to the location of the boundary.– Survey and document existing utilities, drainage structures, and physical features such as buildings, curbs, driveways, and trees, including establishing elevations and locations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
