(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS.– Loading Dock Improvements, Kitchen Renovation, Restroom Renovations, Elevator upgrades, Switchgear upgrades, HVAC replacements, Electrical Gear replacements, Fire Sprinkler installation, Plumbing Systems, Suppression Systems, and Lighting.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
