(1) Vendor needs to provide spring semester 2027 athletics charter bus transportation service to the government authority located in Florence, SC. – Contractor shall furnish all buses, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and materials necessary for the trip.– For travel of agency students and personnel by bus transportation.– These standards are intended to apply to all buses used for chartered bus transportation.• Buses– Bus manufacture date shall not be older than fifteen (15) years. – Buses shall meet or exceed all applicable State and Federal Motor Vehicle standards. – Buses shall be equipped in accordance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and safety standards. – Passenger access to WIFI and power jacks preferred.• Statutory• Drivers– Drivers shall be employed by the Contractor and dressed in uniform that identifies the company and driver. • Routing/Scheduling– All trip mileage charges shall begin and end at the University’s location.• Briefing of Passengers• Cancellation by the University.• Approved Persons Only(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
