(1) Vendor needs to provide winterfest sound production and management system to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – This comprehensive scope of work ensures that each concert in the winterfest holiday fiestas music series is professionally executed, delivering high–quality sound and a memorable experience for both performers and audiences. – Consult with event coordinators to understand the concept, target audience, and goals of the concert series.– Attend site visits with event coordinators to assess stage requirements, technical specifications and venue acoustics.– Communicate with performing artists to gather technical riders and stage plots prior to the day of the concert.– Coordinate soundcheck schedules and equipment requirements for each performer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23,2026
