CLEANING-12844 - USA (Winthrop, Massachusetts) - Cleaning Services - Deadline July 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Winthrop, MA. – Empty all wastebaskets and change liners as needed.– Empty and damp wipe exterior smoking receptacles.– Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, ledges, and windowsills.– Spot vacuum all carpeting as needed.– Spot clean all carpeting as needed.– Dust mop floors and thresholds, use chemically treated mop where needed.– Dust mop all epoxy painted floors – Sweep front exterior entranceway (weather permitting).– Spot clean all glass doors in all entranceways and lobby areas.– Spot clean interior glass doors when needed.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.– Empty all recycling materials into central recycling containers.– Dust bottoms of all chairs, typewriter tables, file cabinets, etc.– Sweep and wash elevator floor.– Remove all fingerprints and smudges from all elevator doors and frames.– Clean and sanitize all sinks, faucets, toilets, toilet seats (both sides) and urinals throughout all bathrooms.– Clean all partitions and tile walls as needed (remove all graffiti).– Wash and polish all wall tiles and stall areas as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on June 24, 2026.
