(1) Vendor needs to provide sexual risk avoidance education services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Projects that create and provide sexual risk avoidance education that teach youth how to voluntarily refrain from nonmarital sexual activity.• Ensure that all content emphasizes and normalizes avoiding nonmarital sexual activity as optimal health behaviour. • Use medically–accurate and complete information. Reference peer–reviewed publications by educational, scientific, governmental, or health organizations. • Be age appropriate. • Provide an evidence–based approach. Integrate research findings with practical strategies that align with the needs and desired outcomes for the intended audience. • Teach the benefits associated with personal responsibility, self–regulation, goal setting, healthy decision–making, and a focus on the future. • Include the physical, emotional, and financial advantages of avoiding nonmarital sexual activity. • Teach how to resist and avoid sexual coercion and dating violence and discourage youth–specific risk behaviours such as underage drinking or illegal drug use. • Consider culturally appropriate activities, recognizing the experiences of youth from diverse communities, backgrounds, and experiences.
