Description
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Excavation and Deep Servicing Construction as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The work consists of, but may not be limited to, excavation and deep servicing construction of the City’s water utility, wastewater utility, and stormwater utility infrastructure. These services are on a when required and as needed basis. The City intends to prequalify proponents submitting under this RFSQ, and achieving a minimum passing threshold of 70, for a term of three (3) years from award of the resulting prequalification. The prequalification will not be re-opened during this period. Only the prequalified proponents will be eligible to bid/quote on the invitational second-stage competitive process for the duration of the 3 year term and will be contacted directly by the City to submit proposals. Contracts for the second stage will be awarded on an individual project basis.
