(1) Vendor needs to provide Octave video management software.– To maintain functionality of its existing cameras while having the ability to expand the use of this technology as additional needs are identified.– Contractor will install the software onto cameras as needed.– Contractor will assist County with the programming system.– Contractor will test and commission the system.– Contractor will provide 24 hour, 7 days a week service and customer support(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 8, 2026.
