(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing survey engagement services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Develop, administer and analyze input from tenants living in affordable housing– Project will involve collaboration between two consultant organizations, each leading different aspects of the project– Understand resident experience across building design, property operations, services, social environment, and neighborhood context– Identify broader patterns, strengths, and challenges across different housing models and housing contexts– Better understand how resident experience may vary across different resident populations, building types, and housing approaches– Inform future affordable housing policy, funding, operational, and coordination strategies– Support long–term learning about how affordable housing performs over time from a resident perspective(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
