Vendor needs to provide janitorial and grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in Hilo, HI. – The work includes janitorial services with one of two service level options: three times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) OR five times per week (Monday through Friday).– The contractor shall provide a work plan to the Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP) consisting of task frequency charts for the following routine activities: grass cutting, edging, watering, herbicide, and grounds clean–up/policing.– Provide Janitorial Services under Cooperative Agreement 21, FOMA, are common areas, including hallways, and corridors; restrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms; classrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and training rooms; public traffic areas; and breakrooms.
