Vendor needs to provide environmental services to the government authority located in Falmouth, MA.– Provide professional engineering or architectural service for a feasibility study and schematic design for park upgrades including marina facility to supplement the existing facility.– Improvements are needed to the existing building, parking, traffic flow, the commercial bulkhead, and also the expansion of existing aquaculture facilities.– The goal of this project is to provide a schematic design solution allowing for enhanced public accessibility including barrier–free access which will further the continuation and growth of the as a prime economic driver for the local economy.– The study will examine the existing site and develop two building options – namely, a renovation or addition to the existing facility or the demolition of the existing facility and construction of a new facility.
