Vendor needs to provide alternate system of assessment services for alternate assessments in the areas of English language arts, mathematics and science; these alternate assessments will measure the learning of students with the most significant cognitive disabilities to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.• Maximize access to the general education curriculum for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities.• Ensure that all students with disabilities are included in Pennsylvania’s statewide assessment and accountability systems.• Direct instruction in the classroom by providing important data and instructional resources to guide classroom decisions.
