(1) Vendor needs to provide board certified behavior analyst consulting services to the government authority located in East Orange, NJ. • The board–certified behavior analyst (BCBA) consultant will support the special education department with students with behavioral needs in self–contained programs including autism, emotional regulation impairment, mild/moderate cognitive impairment.• Provide behavioral consultation, coaching, and technical assistance to district staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions.• Conduct classroom observations and develop recommendations to improve student outcomes.• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavior support plans, and data collection systems.• Provide individual and group parent training to support the implementation of behavioral strategies in the home and strengthen school–home collaboration• Perform other related behavioral consultation and support services as assigned by the Director of Special Education or designee.
