This project consists of hardscape, landscape, roadway, drainage, and minor electrical improvements along sections of East Main Street and West Main Street between Railroad Street and College Street. The scope of work also includes a new parking lot. Project design elements are to include new parking, access points, pedestrian upgrades, and drainage improvements. Included are minor landscaping improvements and site lighting infrastructure.
