Description
The City of Urbana Department of Public Works, on occasion, requires the assistance of qualified snow plow services to clear City-owned parking lots. Generally the City will implement its staff and equipment to the task. Under conditions where said resources are prioritized to street snow removal the Successful Respondent shall provide the services outlined in this Invitation to Bid. The Deputy Director for Operations or designee shall make the final determination when the services are employed.
