Vendor needs to provide alcohol sales and service for festival to the government authority located in Bolivar, MO.– Responsible for:• Setting up a self–contained alcohol sales tent at the designated festival location, ready to serve at 1:00 p.m.• Providing all required staff, equipment, and materials for the sale and service of alcohol.• Verifying age and identity of alcohol purchasers and issuing non–transferable wristbands to customers age 21 and over.• Ensuring all drinks served for outdoor consumption are in a conspicuous, event–specific plastic container.• Adhering to all applicable state and city liquor laws: see City Code Section 600 Intoxicaing Liquor.
