CLEANING-12995 - USA (Gary, Indiana) - Carpet Cleaning Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide carpet cleaning services to the government authority located in Gary, IN. – Provide professional commercial carpet cleaning services, including but not limited to:– Pre–inspection of carpeted areas.– Vacuuming, as needed, prior to cleaning.– Spot and stain treatment.– Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) or equivalent commercial cleaning method.– Deodorizing of carpeted areas.– Removal of dirt, debris, and stains to the greatest extent possible.– Grooming of carpet fibers after cleaning.– Drying procedures to minimize disruption to building operations.– Final inspection with Gary Sanitary District representative.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.
