TRANSLATION-8280 - USA (Oregon) - Language and Accessibility Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide language and accessibility services. – Provide Accessibility and Language Assistance Services to support agency in communicating important program and participation information with the community in the languages and formats they prefer and understand best.– Provide one or all of the following services:• Translation of written materials (for printed and electronic formats)• Interpretation of spoken languages (in–person, over the phone, and/or through virtual platforms. Scheduled and/or on demand.)• American Sign Language Interpretation (In–person, over the phone, and/or through virtual platforms. Scheduled and/or on demand.)• Transcription of audio content to text• Braille• Subtitling• Captioning, and• Communication Access Real Time Translation (CART) Services– Scheduled and/or on–demand Interpretation of spoken languages and/or American Sign Language (ASL), in–person, or remotely through telephone and virtual platforms.– Consecutive and simultaneous Interpretation based on the needs of specific events or meetings.– Conversion of audio content, such as voicemails and recorded meetings, into written text in English or other languages.– Accurate production of physical and digital materials into Braille– Production and editing of video materials to add Closed Captions and/or Subtitles in English, Spanish, and other languages needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
