(1) Vendor needs to provide parking facility management services to the government authority located in Fort Wayne, IN. – To collaboratively operate and administer the Parking System, by providing effective financial control, highly disciplined and efficient Facilities management and maintenance, advanced security solutions, world–class customer service, high–value parking management services, forward thinking ideas, and a team–focused proactive approach.– Manage the Parking System through the application of best practices to support pedestrian–friendly development, which makes infill development viable and encourages a walkable, livable community.– Improve the overall performance of the Parking System by optimizing space utilization within Facilities. – Utilize cutting–edge technological solutions to improve customer experience and increase operational efficiencies within and between Facilities. – Demonstrate world–class customer service through responsive and helpful management, relationship building with downtown stakeholders, dependable operations, and a commitment to safe, secure, and well–maintained Facilities. – Establish, adhere to, and regularly assess benchmarks and measures of accountability through careful planning, reporting, and auditing. – Formulate a plan whereby Parking System parking rates align with local market prices. – Improve safety and security to reduce crime and petty theft. – Assist in the development and expansion marketing and public relations strategies. (2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
