(1) Vendor needs to provide body–worn camera system to the government authority located in State. – Provide implementation, training, support, and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive Body–Worn Camera (BWC) system for public safety personnel.– The vendor shall provide:• Proposal for setup and configuration of 47 Body–worn cameras, mounts, 6 docking stations (5 multi–bay and 1 single)• Vehicle and office docking/charging solutions• Cloud–based digital evidence management platform• Automated metadata tagging and evidence categorization• Automatic and manual camera activation capabilities• Mobile and desktop administrative access• User training and administrator certification• Ongoing technical support and warranty services• Future software and firmware updates– The proposed body–worn camera system shall include:• 3–year camera refresh• 5–year subscription licensing• Minimum 1080p HD video resolution• Minimum 12–hour battery life under normal operating conditions• Pre–event recording buffer• Low–light and night recording capability• Wide–angle field of view (minimum 120 degrees)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
