(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health supported employment program services to the government authority located in CO. – Agency’s Mental Health Supported Employment (MHSE) program is an employment program that focuses on employment as a key aspect of recovery. – The Program provides services in the most integrated settings possible, as appropriate and consistent with informed choice, which prepares individuals for competitive integrated employment outcomes.• Career exploration (to include job shadows, job site evaluation, vocational assessments, and other services as needed)• Job development and preparation• Job placement• Personal adjustment training• Job coaching• Extended services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
