GIS-2079 - USA (New Jersey) - Digital Tax Maps and Geographic Information System Base Tax Map Maintenance Service - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital tax maps and geographic information system base tax map maintenance service for updating the tax map and GIS database; assistance with map–related questions; reviewing and plotting deeds; and potential research into outstanding historical map issue.– Provide general Tax Map and G.I.S. Base Map Maintenance as requested, including filed plans, deeds, easements, and lot consolidations.– Provided GIS updated shape files must be compatible with existing GIS map host: Spatial Data Logic. Bidder is expected to troubleshoot with the GIS map host in the event of any compatibility problems or discrepancies such as linking errors involving the Parcel Layer– Provide general advice and assistance regarding metes and bounds questions and concerns, including reviewing and plotting deeds.– Provide additional research as requested.– Provide potential research into outstanding historical map issues.
