(1) Vendor needs to provide managed quality management system. – Development of an organization quality manual which includes (but not limited to) definition of document types, document review periods, document control processes of the Quality Management System. – Establish a shared central repository of all documents. – Provide training to agency executive on the updated QMS system including overview of document types, when/how document review is needed. – Develop a log of opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the continuous development of cross–organisational policies and processes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
