Vendor needs to provide IT management and maintenance service to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Provide end–to–end managed information–technology services that protect, maintain and evolve hybrid Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environment, servers, workstations, and classroom devices.– Managed Services– server & desktop monitoring/management, UNLIMITED remote & on–site support, help–desk, Microsoft/3rd–party patching, infrastructure management, problem/change management, and technology–adoption training for any new service from the IT dept.– Managed Security Services– 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) with Managed Detection & Response (MDR), advanced Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), spam/phishing filtering (outside of Google or Microsoft), DMARC e–mail protection, application control (PAM – Privileged access management), and network discovery.– Infrastructure Management – Network monitoring and management, Firewall and router management, Wi–Fi access point management, Switch monitoring and management (Fortinet).– Backup & DR – SaaS backup of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for every licensed user; server backup for at minimum 2 servers.– Virtual CIO (vCIO) – IT budget planning, documentation, and annual Technology Business Reviews.– Inclusive Day–to–Day Tasks– A detailed listing of covered tasks (password resets, device imaging, firewall audits, printer queue clears, Office 365 administration, etc.) must be included in your proposal response.– Service Highlights / Security Baseline – Advanced EDR/anti–malware, 24×7 MDR human threat–hunting with 24x7 security operations center, premium e–mail reputation services, and least–privilege elevation control.
