(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk (CMR) services to the government authority located in Maryland– Construction Management at Risk (CMr) firms for various systemic renovation projects, building updates and additions, and new buildings with a scope of $10 Million or less.– May include but are not limited to the following scopes:• Minor Architectural Alternations• Building Additions• New Buildings (Pre–Fab or Metal)• Toilet Room Renovations• Window & Door Replacements• Ceiling & Lighting Replacements and/or Upgrades• HVAC Upgrades, Installations or Replacements• Electrical Upgrades or Replacements• Plumbing Upgrades or Replacements(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
