(1) Vendor needs to provide city mail services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX.– Receive, process, sort, meter, and prepare outgoing city mail for delivery. – Provide postage and mailing services for letters, envelopes, statements, notices, and other official city correspondence– Process bulk mailings and large–volume mail distributions as requested by the city. – Provide applicable postal documentation, postage reports, mailing receipts, and itemized billing. – Coordinate mail pickup, drop–off, and processing schedules with designated City personnel. – Maintain accurate records of services performed and postage expenses incurred.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
