(1) Vendor needs to provide operations management services to the government authority located in Redondo Beach Marina, CA.• Provide full operational management of the agency, including slip and dock administration, mooring reservations, boat hoist operations, public launch supervision, tenant services, and all responsibilities customarily performed by agency property managers• The boat hoist shall be available daily, with extended seasonal hours as defined by the City, and emergency hoist services shall be available on a 24–hour, on–call basis.• The plan shall ensure the facility is operated safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively, while supporting an enjoyable recreational environment for both motorized and non‑motorized vessels.• The selected firm shall also manage unlawful detainer actions and vessel lien processes incoordination with City‑retained legal counsel.• The selected firm shall oversee all maintenance and facility management activitiesfor the agency, including routine and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination,and stewardship of the agency overall appearance and functionality.a. Preventative maintenance schedules for all systems, equipment, andcommon areas, subject to City approval.b. Detailed procedures for routine maintenance, inspections, and correctiverepairs.c. Protocols for emergency response, including after‑hours repair proceduresand communication requirements.d. Standards for environmental compliance, fire and life safety obligations, andbuilding code adherence.e. A workflow for tracking maintenance requests, work orders, completiontimes, and vendor performance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.
