Request for Qualifications for Central Plant Improvements Consulting Services

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District (District) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing Design and Commissioning/Programming Services on an "as needed" basis estimated for the period of five (5) years . The District desires to create a list of qualified firms, which may be utilized to engage one or more firms to provide these services. Interested firms may submit on any or all the services required. This Request for Qualifications (RFQual) describes the scope of services, evaluation process, and minimum information that must be included in the qualification package. This RFQual will request each firm to concisely state its qualifications for participating in a constructive and effective partnership. The District anticipates that this RFQUAL will result in the creation of an on-call list of qualified firms in each discipline listed in this RFQUAL and multiple awards of contracts within each discipline. Once selected, the selected firms will be required to execute an Master Services Agreement for each individual discipline. This Scope of Work is comprised of two (2) disciplines. Firms are invited to respond to one or any combination of the following disciplines that are within their area(s) of expertise. Form will need to indicate in their response each discipline they are requesting to be considered for. Once on the On-Call list, the District may solicit proposals from available contracted firms for specific projects and services throughout the term of the contract(s). Contracted firms shall be required to submit their project-specific proposals within the submittal deadline period required in each. Upon award of specific project work, the selected firm will be issued a Project Assignment Agreement in order to begin the work. By submitting a proposal to this RFQUAL, the firm agrees to abide by any proposal or work deadlines required by the District, and agrees that failure to meet such deadlines, or failure to respond to project solicitations may result in termination of contract.
