(1) Vendor needs to provide professional event planning services.– Develop ideas for creative Event themes and concepts and incorporate the selected design into all promotional materials, printed collateral, and on–site signage.– Services includes, event planning, ad hoc and ceo special event planning, catering, staffing, security, and transportation.– Develop volunteer packets that include general Event information, position responsibilities, parking information, and available maps and layouts.– Develop, manage, and reconcile Event budgets while adhering to established budget guidelines.– Provide recommendations for Event volunteers and staffing.– Lauch Publicity Plan Brand the event, marketing, radio stations, Facebook, newspaper, etc.– Manage the Event check–in process, including guest registration and attendee lists.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–solicitation meeting will be held on October 22, 2026.
