(1) Vendor needs to provide childcare center operating services to the government authority located in Cheney, WA.– Provide professional, licensed, and certified childcare provider services to operate, manage, and staff the childcare center.– Successful Contractor will be expected to assume full responsibility for the management, operation, and regulatory compliance of the childcare center.– Demonstrate organizational capacity and licensing compliance.– Provide an operating model capable of scaling classroom utilization based upon enrolment demand while maintaining appropriate access across age groups.– Develop a financially sustainable operating model that balances enrolment among students, employees, and community families.– Propose innovative and sustainable approaches to student affordability, which may include reduced rates, tiered pricing, scholarships, subsidies, external funding, or other partnership strategies.– Support mission through delivering high–quality accessible and affordable childcare.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid site inspection will be held on September 18, 2026.
