QUALITY-2993 - USA (Dover, Delaware) - Subsurface Investigation Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide subsurface investigation services to the government authority located in Dover, DE. – Provide subsurface investigation including obtaining samples, performing visual examination, documentation of observed samples, and testing services as needed. – The work shall be performed in locations statewide and in any terrain. – The work may be located within riverbeds, canals, fat clay areas, marshes, bedrock, weathered rock, sandy areas, etc. – Subsurface investigations shall be advanced through unconsolidated, partly consolidated sediment, and/or rock, or rock core drilling. – This agreement may also include the following tests: observation wells (for visual groundwater level purposes), infiltration testing through the use of the double–ring or borehole infiltration (to measure vertical infiltration rates for storm water management design purposes) and piezometer testing (to measure groundwater levels and pore water pressure.). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
